Depending on the workload,
Proficos
can employ 180 to 300 people. The company focuses on quality,
which is reflected in its 3 High GMP factories (that scored 92 on P&G 19
Key Elements). One of them is exclusively dedicated to lipstick production.
Moreover,
Proficos
has two internal R&D laboratories at its complete disposal.
Every customer likes to be informed on the evolution of its
project. Therefore, each customer is assigned with one contact person of the
customer service department, who deals with the client’s project from A to Z
and provides regular updates, thanks to
a sophisticated computerised system. This regular
